Corinne Bailey Rae presents an exclusive performance of her new album, out September 15! Rae is a singer/songwriter/musician from Leeds, England. She rose to fame in 2006 with her self-titled debut album, which topped the UK charts and featured hits like “Put Your Records On” and “Like A Star.” Since then, Bailey Rae has won two GRAMMY AWARDS, two MOBOs, and she has been nominated for several other awards. Her second album, The Sea, was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize, and she won a GRAMMY for Best R&B Performance for her EP Is This Love.

In 2016, Bailey Rae released her third studio album, The Heart Speaks In Whispers, which was praised as “boundary-defying, epic music” by NPR and “the best R&B of 2016” by The Guardian. The album featured the song “Green Aphrodisiac,” which was named one of the “10 best R&B songs of 2016” by Billboard.

Bailey Rae has also composed music for TV and film, including the theme for Stan Lee’s Lucky Man, and she has collaborated with many artists from different genres, such as Mary J Blige, Paul McCartney, and Pharrell. She continues to perform at events all around the world and recently performed at the 2021 BAFTA awards.
